A team of renowned specialists in skyscrapers, deep foundations and aerodynamics, with global expertise, were selected to participate in the most ambitious project in the world:
• Fatih Yalniz — Supertalls engineering Technical director of Talls Solutions structures and designer of the tallest buildings in the world. • Harry Poulos — Geotechnical engineering Specialist in soil behavior and pile foundations with high complexity. He worked on founding projects such as the Burj Khalifa and Emirates Towers. • RWDI (Canada) — Wind effects Engineering consultancy specialized in wind and environmental engineering, present in the largest projects in the world. • Motioneering (Canada) — Tuned Mass Damper World leader in motion solutions for skyscrapers, present in 10 of the 40 tallest buildings in the world.

Deep foundation with geotechnical engineering Of excellence
High performance elevators
Climbing more than 500 meters in 60 seconds is more than efficiency, it's choreographed precision.
The Senna Tower has 8 high-performance elevators, designed to offer smooth, silent and fast movement.
OUTRIGGER
The Senna Tower includes outrigger floors every 75 meters high, which are formed by concrete walls throughout the periphery. They are responsible for providing the necessary rigidity for the building.
In addition, these floors are also used as bunker areas, thus offering various mechanisms and options that increase residents' safety and comfort.
Tuned Mass Damper
First in Latin America
One of the most advanced technologies for stabilizing tall buildings, the Tuned Mass Damper is present in the main Supertalls in the world, and the Senna Tower will have the first in Latin America.
When the tower is subjected to vibrational forces, the device absorbs some of the energy of the vibrations, helping to improve stability, safety, and comfort.
The Senna Tower mass damper can be seen exclusively by residents and their guests through a walkway located in the crowning part of the tower.
LEED PLATINUM certification
The Senna Tower will be the first residential supertall in Latin America to achieve the highest level of the most respected environmental certification in the world: the Leed Platinum Seal, a certification awarded to projects that adopt the best practices in energy efficiency, environmental management and social responsibility.
